Certified Fitness Trainer
This course aims to equip the learner with the abilities to coach, motivate and engage people to adhere to healthy active lifestyle through conducting a successful, safe, effective training session according to a written tailored scientific program pre-designed for healthy individuals to achieve pre planned SMART goals that is based on an accurate health
and fitness assessment.
(all four Levels ) Around 8 - 12 weeks, total around 300 Hour (90H live- study and 210H self -study) -
The course includes 10 mandatory attendance days. Each day lasts between 6 to 8 hours, which is split into two separate workshops (3 to 4 hours each), resulting in a total of 20 workshops throughout the program
Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) is accredited by European Registry For Exercise Professionals (EREPS)-
ISO, FACTS' courses, quality of education, standard operating procedures (SOPs), along with all academy services are granted the ISO certification of quality products, services and management
Renewal, certificate renewal every two years-
The course pre-requisites require candidates to be 18 years old and up and they must be high school graduates or have completed equivalent studies Additionally, a good command of both Arabic and English languages is required-
